Amazon Glow is a kid-focused video calling device, designed to connect children with remote loved ones. With its interactive projector and camera technologies, Glow blends the physical and digital world, allowing children to read and play with family and friends as if they are in the same room together.
As one of the first UX Designers on the project, I drove the design for many of Glow’s foundational features and hero activities, and helped launch Glow as a new-to-world product. I was part of the Glow Innovation Team, which was responsible for identifying and prototyping new product features, and presenting concepts to the leadership team. I also contributed to UX Research on Glow, creating test protocols, running user testing studies, and evaluating customer data.
